The
interior of this colorful ride
features coral tuck and roll upholstery,
banjo wood wheel, a '49 dash,
AC, Tilt wheel and full power
luxury. Yes, the window cranks
look like you would wheel them
around, but actually they are
levers for electric windows!!!
Pretty clever.

More
details include the teardrop gas
door, blue dot tail lights and
Gary Moore's signature pinstriping
finished off with a couple of
dots at the terminals.
Keeping
it legal in all states the turn
signals are frenched into the door
hinges. A great unique touch that
and another fine detail that makes
this rod an award winner. |

Here
is a look at the fat ass-end of
this beast. Notice the fishtail
pipes and the fully worked trunk.
Hand painted gas, water and oil
cans match the paint and upholstery
scheme.
Bill
told me of a story of a guy he
met at the San Jose Rod and Custom
show. When this guy saw the car
he started to lift the back of
his shirt. Bill backs off a bit
as the guy shows him the tattoo
he has on his back is the same
design as the pinstripe in the
trunk. He saw the rod featured
in a magazine and had the ink
done on his back thinking he would
never see the car. Talk about
freaky coincidence.
